I almost bought a Persian carpet a while back. Now, upon further soul searching, I'm glad I passed on the Persian. Although they were fantastic, exquisite and ornate among other things, why buy Persian in Turkey and not Turkish in Turkey? I'll buy Persian if I ever have the opportunity to visit Qom.
